Return Policy

OVERALL RETURN GUIDELINES
These are Grace Stage Light’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the Grace Stage Light website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
1. Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. Read more about Refunds, Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees. 
2. All products that are new with the retail packaging never opened can be returned to Grace Stage Lighting within 30 days regardless of the individual return policy.
3. Products that are received by Grace Stage Lighting in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
4. Any product not purchased from Grace Stage Lights
5. Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., A return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection)
6. Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label
7. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
8. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
9. Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
10. Any product that exhibits physical damage

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy must be returned to Grace Stage Light within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

Point of Sale Products:
Some items are non-returnable, including software, custom labels and opened supplies (including without limitation labels, ribbons, receipt paper, receipt ribbons, print heads, card stock, RFID tags).
Special order products are not eligible for return
Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original box is not eligible for return.
               
REPLACEMENT ONLY RETURN POLICY

3.Return shipping labels are free for replacement returns of the same item within the return policy period and can be obtained while creating your return online. You can create your return online. 
This is our Replacement Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Grace Stage Light states "This item may be returned for a replacement within 30 days only") must be returned to Grace Stage Lighting   within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Products covered by this return policy may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. If the original item is no longer available, a Gift Card in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued. 

Products subject to this policy cannot be returned for a refund.

 
MANUFACTURER ONLY RETURN POLICY

2.Return for replacement within: non-replaceable
This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Grace Stage Light   states "This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund") cannot be returned to Grace Stage Light.These products are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty which can be obtained by contacting the respective manufacturer for assistance after purchase.
               
SERVICES AND EXTENDED WARRANTIES RETURN POLICY

This is our Services and Extended Warranties Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Grace Stage Light  states "This service or extended warranty can only be returned for a refund within 30 days if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed.") can be returned if the service or warranty has not been used or redeemed. A return must be initiated by Grace Stage Light within 30-days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.    
 
OUT-OF-STOCK (BACK-ORDER) ITEMS
Source manufacturer Grace Stage Lights,Most of model In stock for fast delivery ,after paid, delivery it about 3~4days.If Grace Stage Light no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Grace Stage Light will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a store credit refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
